Managed IT
Support, backup and disposal from one provider
Managed IT is three services. IT Support runs the environment day to day, at one price per user with the security baseline included. Backup and Disaster Recovery keeps the data, and the ability to work, through the day something fails. Secure Device Disposal closes the loop when equipment leaves. Each is scoped and contracted on its own page, with what it includes and what it leaves out stated before any proposal.
Cyber security
A programme, not a purchase
Security bought one tool at a time ends up as overlapping licences, gaps with no owner, and no straight answer for the board. Ericom runs it as a programme: measure the position against the Essential Eight, close what matters in priority order, and where a tender or a contract names ISO 27001, build and run the management system an accredited body can certify.
Communications
Every channel, one history
The phone system, the contact centre, and the work between them. Ericom designs and integrates both, operates the contact centre, and takes on what neither product does on its own: identity, carrier, routing and the customer record, so the conversation arrives with its history and leaves one behind.

The software watches so a person does not have to
Cameras that only record, rooms checked on a schedule and sites inspected by driving out to them are the same problem wearing different clothes: something happened, and it was found later. Ericom deploys cameras, contactless sensors and field controllers that read their environment as it happens, so an event can be raised while there is still time to act on it, and everything else stays quiet.
Infrastructure
Installed once, relied on daily
The physical layer inside a building: cabling, in-building mobile coverage, nurse call and the systems that depend on them. Designed and installed infrastructure, with managed service options where they fit. Assessed against how the building is actually used, and handed over with the documentation to prove it performs.
Mobility
One account, and somebody who reads it
A mobile fleet is usually held the same way: one Telstra account, one bill, and whoever set it up still running it. Ericom takes both halves of that account: the requests that arrive daily, and the invoice that is approved each month because there is no practical way to check it line by line.
AI
The pilot is the easy part
The AI inside an Australian organisation is usually a licence somebody bought. Governing it is not yet anybody's job. Ericom treats it as an operating problem: decide what it is allowed to touch, measure whether it is working, and widen it only once both of those have an answer.

- Health and Aged Care Nurse call, monitoring and clinical systems Care technology is usually specified inwards from the product: a system is chosen, then people are asked to work around it. Ericom starts at the person being cared for, works out to the staff around them and the organisation accountable for both, and puts the technology in last.
- Local Government Public space, CCTV, and the networks between sites A council is asked to keep public space safe, maintained and worth investing in. It usually has to do that with the cameras, sensors and networks it already owns, and a budget that has to be argued for line by line. Ericom works with what is already in the ground, turns what it sees into evidence a council can act on and defend, and stays to run it. The suite is called Civic Transform.
- Construction Connectivity for sites that keep moving A construction site is a temporary enterprise. It needs connectivity, security, devices and support before permanent infrastructure exists, and then all of it has to move, scale or disappear as the build changes. Ericom designs that operating environment, deploys it anywhere in Australia, and runs it from mobilisation to handover.
- Corrections Offender technology and the infrastructure behind it Prisoner telephony, tablets, video visitation and the secure network that carries them. Designed, installed and supported by one Australian company, under one service level agreement. From the SIP trunks in the data centre to the phone on the wall and the tablet in the cell.
